hmm, this is nice, though a looser crop might have benefited this so that the house isn't in the very center. otherwise, i hope you do well :-)

it's a nice house to photograph, but I think the centered composition and a tight crop don't benefit the shot. and the traces of dodging are too obvious to my taste...

Now there's a place that needs some TLC. Looks like it could be quite a place with a bit of money spent on it. I haven't read the book, so can't comment on the image as a representation of it but this image evokes neglect and desolation.

Beautiful pic, can't see the tie in to the book, but I have also never read it. Nit pick...wish the overhang on the left had not been cut off.

Don't know the title and after a quick google am more bemused, is this where she died? Am not title driven on this comp (because the don't all explain the shot). looks like the building has many stories to tell ;)
