 Taken from the top of a sand dune. This is Santa Maria, the small beach town we stayed at for two weeks while visiting my wife's extended family (her mother is from Peru).

Santa Maria is about 45min south of Lima along the coast. It is considered one of the resort towns for the affluent people in Lima.
