The first thing that grabs me is this beautiful young ladies eyes. Amazing is hardly the word to use but the only one that comes to mind right now. Lighting is perfect and overall this shot should do VERY well in this challenge. One of my picks for one of the top spots. Beuatiful skin tones and details in the face. The eyes are beautiful, but the reflections are a little busy. Her mascera is a little clumpy too. Beautiful lighting on the face, especially on the cheeks.

Like the way you cropped this, it's a tight crop and well suited for this potrait. Good lighting too. To be nit-picky, I would have preferred if your silhoute is not reflected on her eyes. 9
