I usually don't like busy backgrounds, but in this case I think it's a nice choice that adds to the feeling of comfort.

While I do like the use of the quilt as the backdrop, it's a wee bit overpowering. Had you been able to light it such that there was more light on the bear (who's adorable) and less on the quilt, it would have more depth, I think.
