The lighting is a bit harsh.

Like composition, with babe's face center of attention, but lighting seems a little harsh, thumb is distracting, and if the top of heads are going to be off I'd take a touch more to bring attention down to the eyes better, rather than it wandering off up foreheads (and would get rid of that tiny black space)
