Maybe it's just my monitor, but I'm getting a "halo" (don't know what it's really called) along the left of the upper boot, making it seem glary. I like the contrast between boots and flowers, both in colour and texture, but I keep finding myself squinting :(

Only the flowers are in focus, not the boots. Since the boots make up so much of the photo it would be nice to see them in focus as well.

Interesting idea. Would like to see a deeper DOF as the intent seems to be to focus (as it were) on the boots rather than the flowers. Having the boots out of focus seems to take the attention away from them and put it on the flowers, which, IMO, should be the supporting role in the pic.
