Beautiful cat and she wears her necklace well! :) The purple heart is a nice compliment to the gorgeous ambers of her eyes and hair. VERY sharp, well lit and nice highlights in her eyes. Like how you cropped it. 8

I'm going to go out on a limb and try to accept that the collar/pendant as the reason why this was submitted to fashion, although it would be better if it were more clearly the subject or central to the shot.
Yes she is so pretty! And she looks very much like my beautiful little Smudge :) She gets extra points just for that (its that heart vote I always factor in to every photo :)
