I like the coloration but I think the tight crop is what hurt you here. I'd pull back and show some of the surround area to really show more than just the building. The clouds are gorgeous and would really make a nice ceiling to the whole landscape if widened!! ;~D

These raggedy old buildings have lots of character. Interesting capture. Nice subtle tones. Gorgeous puffy clouds provide perfect backdrop to days of old before smog! Nicely done. 7
