There are a few lava lamp shots in this challenge - and this is the nicest I've seen so far. Nice lighting and pleasant colour. I wonder what it would have been like with the lamp running diagonally in the frame?

the bottom part of the lamp spoils to mood. the reflection on the glass is noticable. 6

Equal first of the lava-lamp shots: you, at least haven't tried to force it into a bizarre 'rule of thirds' composition. Focus good, exposure good, meets the challenge ... but I'm sorry I just don't find it an interesting image.
