I really like this one but wish there was a bit more lighting so I could see the outlines of the silhouettes of the other people.
Also, the top of her head in the shot would ease my mind.
This is a good composition and I rate it high on the 'interesting' scale.
Composition: 3 - Can't really see the "crowd"
Technical: 4 - overall too dark
Creativity: 5
Appeal: 3
Challenge: 5
Overall Score: 4 - (weighted - NOT a calculated average)
Both of the light lit people stand out to me, but my eyes keep getting drawn to the blurred one and away from what I think was meant to be your main subject, her.
Well, she may stand out in the crowd, but here the top of her head's chopped off. Not to be rude, but this looks like it could be a rejected picture from a series of backstage and performance shots that was rescued from the recycle bin by being shoehorned into the challenge.
This picture could have looked at least _intentional_ by not chopping her head off and by giving this a vertical rather than horizontal treatment. The way it stands now, frankly, it looks like you bumped the tripod head down and to the right and didn't notice until you already had the shot.
I like the concept of it, and it's definately taken in unique (at least for this challenge) surroundings, but I feel as though it could have been executed much better.
an interesting shot but a bit of the wrong feel/style for a fashion shot, feel more like an 'artistic' or 'emotive' shot with the dark shadows and narrative elements. 6
