nice shot. i like the motion blur of the raindrops falling on the street. the sky on the top of the photo is overexposured. i would have tried to crop the whole roof. just under these cables. you really could have cleaned the window. it's not very transparent ;-)
I think cropping this differently, or taking it from a different angle, if possible, would have made it more intriguing. I like the way the green stuff contrasts with the drabness of the concrete.

Dark, but nice enough photo. The window is too hard to "see through" and I'm not in the mood to "count" the rain drops as the transparency. Grey mood. Photo 8 Transparency 5 total 7
Very nice. I wish the photo was completely vertical (it is slightly tilted to the right), but that may have been your intent. I would have cropped down a little from the top so that the gutter is the very top of the frame. Very dramatic
