Great composition here, and the tones are calm and relaxing. Interesting border you used... definately better than a plain white or black. Very well done.
Overall pretty good, I'm just not sure about the semi-transparent border here. I think I'd have tried with a little less pond, although you'd have missed the ducks and perhaps some of that nice reflection in the water then :) Cropping right above the head of the duck furthest to the right would've done a difference for me.
