I woke up really early this morning and packed the camera and went shooting in Sunol and Pleasanton. I've been watching and keeping track when they herd the cows back to the stables almost every day since they announced the current challenge. I hope this is country enough for most.
Here's to getting that 6+ score again.

"Country Rush Hour" is an excellent fit into the Country Life challenge. After reading your comments I am glad to see you hit that 6+ you were hoping for, it is well deserved. I think the image defiantly country enough for me and the voters.
This is a very pleasing photograph to look at, the composition is just excellent. The sunlight captured showing time of day is prefect and that the cows are heading home or out for the day is great. I love the rolling hills and the tree in the center, I think that is what gives this shot such excellent composition. I think the border on this is also very nice, normally I am not a boarder person but it fits with the overall feel. Good work.

Nice vibrant colours, the sense of the cows walking away from you helps to draw you into the colour and adds to the focus on the tree. There is some strange blurring on the right above the cow, otherwise a really nice interesting photo
what a wonderful green! The blue is a bit bright and pulls the eye. I like the misty look of it but would like it a shade darker, more like its in shadow.
