I see good balance among the elements of the frame, a special V clouds formation, sharp detail in a fast moving subject, and good support from the browns in the ground. Nevertheless, I don't fly hight to another decade, I see some over exposition, and a blue bike and pilot is not what I would have selected for this frame

Looks like he's falling of the wire (hheehee). Cut the wire and it would have done better.

light seems too bright.. also you've managed to tie the position of the rider to the power line..
