The car is sharp, so no complaints about technique. I think the vantage point works for this photo and there is space for the car to move into. The main negative for me is the tree in the foreground - I think the photo would have been a better composition without it.
This is an interesting point of view. I think that cars are too obvious for motion panning, but your composition from a higher point of view give good personality to the picture.
