Yup, you nailed it. I would have perhaps cropped the taxi a little closer to thirds to get it to ping from the background, but the whole image is very very good.

Cool panning, if the cab stood out more by having more light on it (from another car's headlights or flash) the picture would be even better imo.

I love this pic. I gave it a 7 and it would have scored higher if the taxi was just a little brighter. Great capture though.
