Beautiful shot! Worthy of the wall for sure, however, it DNMC. Sorry. Adding to my favorites though :)

Awesome picture but its not panning. 5

beautiful picture, but it doesn't seem to fit with the theme

beautiful image, no panning detected, though

Nice photo, just can't see the motion panning.

Gorgeous picture of the GG Bridge. I like the angle that this was shot from.

How is this motion panning? Would be much higher score otherwise.

A gorgeous picture, but it's not what the contest was asking for...sorry, bad luck!
02/11/2006 10:25:32 AMPost actions
this is probably pointless to say, but it doesnt meet the challenge. otherwise nice photo.
02/11/2006 10:16:46 AMPost actions
nice photo, but to fit in with challenge, maybe zoom in a bit to highlight the motion, and it might just be me, but something doesn't look right about the orientation, maybe a little tilt, or curving of the pillar?
02/11/2006 08:48:45 AMPost actions
Pretty, but I think it misses the point of the challenge.
02/11/2006 04:38:09 AMPost actions
That is a beautiful photo, however motion panning isn't used to achieve the effect. I like the soft colours and the sharpness of the image though.

Motion blur but not really panning. Lovely image
02/11/2006 12:16:31 AMPost actions
Gorgeous motion shot. No panning, though. Panning involves a following a moving subject with the camera, so that the subject is sharp, and stationary objects are blurred. This shot (while very, very attractive, and probably a high scorer in a different challenge) has the opposite effect.

Well, this is going to be one of the most beautiful sub-four scores in a while. Great shot, but this isn't motion pan at all...
02/10/2006 06:00:01 PMPost actions
That is not motion panning to me. 4
02/10/2006 12:49:56 PMPost actions
I do not see any evidence of panning.
02/09/2006 07:30:33 PMPost actions
Sorry but this image DNMC
02/09/2006 04:47:55 PMPost actions
I dont see tha panning... even though the cars are moving on the bridge, the motion panning is not respected here.
02/09/2006 03:59:18 PMPost actions
I like it, but the subject isn't moving.
02/09/2006 01:38:33 PMPost actions
Sorry, but there is no panning in this shot.
02/09/2006 11:24:25 AMPost actions
Beautiful picture but this is not motion panning, it is merely a time exposure. Ill give you a 5 because I like the picture. If the title of the challenge were "bridges" then I'd give you a 9.

This is the opposite case.

very nice photo, but it doesn't fit for this challenge.

The picture is really nice, i like it, but do not see any panning effect here.
02/08/2006 10:14:34 PMPost actions
I don't really see any motion panning going on here. I see a long shutter speed with long light trails but I don't think that this fits the challenge at hand.
02/08/2006 09:54:47 PMPost actions
This is a great shot, but it doesn't meet the challenge.
02/08/2006 09:04:54 PMPost actions
I don't see the motion panning. The cars are obviously moving but did you pan?
02/08/2006 08:51:00 PMPost actions
Great picture I really like it!! But I don't think that it is right for this challenge.
02/08/2006 07:13:48 PMPost actions
I am having a hard time figuring out how you did this using motion panning .. if you did you are far more clever than I .. cos I tried over 60 shots and got three to work .. and none looked anything like this.

02/08/2006 10:42:55 AMPost actions
Shots off a tripod are not considered panning, like the shot but not appropriate for this challenge

Are you sure you didn't enter this image by mistake ?
You may want to re-read the challenge description.

Superb photo... but not quite 'motion panning' in my books.
02/08/2006 09:23:25 AMPost actions
Beautiful, but not motion panning.
02/08/2006 08:45:23 AMPost actions
Motion blur, not motion panning
02/08/2006 07:52:12 AMPost actions
Nice pic and all, but not for this challenge. What was the subject that you followed your camera with to created the effect of motion panning?
02/08/2006 07:47:37 AMPost actions
Don't see any motion panning... right?
02/08/2006 01:35:38 AMPost actions
Beautiful pic, but I honestly don't think it fits as motion panning.
