 I was in one bus he was in another.

The seat behind the door is reserved for monks. If you are in the seat and a monk boards, you must give up the seat. If you are a guy you may sit with him, but a woman must move to another seat or stand if no seats are free, unless someone gives up their seat for her. The monk rides for free.
