LOL!!!!! YA MAN. Thats great. This guy was just in the romance challenge. He's the man. You should start taking pics of him in different cool poses. Find a way to enter him into ever challenge.
And the motion panning is where? In addtion there is a tutorial on the site about the size of photos, yours is very small and i think that this will show how you can maximise your entries.
This looks very similar to a picture for a previous challenge, and the title seems to indicate so as well. Seems like it doesn't even try to meet the challenge.
I have to say that I'm not seeing any motion panning here. I have to admit that I am relatively new to using SLRs cameras, but I think that if you use a longer focal length when taking portraits (50mm-plus) you can flatten - and flatter - the features more.
