I love this. I have, of course, seen this sort of shot before but something about this one has inspired me to give this a shot. Unfortunately, I only have plastic cups for now so I'll have to do a little shopping first. :) My only nitpick here is compositional - I think I'd like to see the shortest glass moved between the two taller ones a bit more and then the whole bit moved to the right.
