You've caught her rather cute expression which is really endearing (good trying something new). That's the element that makes this image interesting. I would just crop off the top a little more so the impact of the eyes is instant. Otherwise nice compo and details in the red feathers.
Definetly got me wondering what this shoot was for. Very nice control of lighting color and tones throughout the image. Perhaps a more descriptive title that tells something about costume.
