Lol. He's not really into romance right now. I like that with an image you created two characters and a story. I just think it's not technically great. Added to my favorites.
I love the expressions on the faces - the girl has a really flirty look and the boy is really impressed of her - and the way that the girl is sharp and the box a bit OOF. I would use a more homogenic background for them, or, I would make it more blur out. You have really talented models, I would try some studio shots with the same expressions, playing around, BW would work well, too. There is so much in this photo, it deserves more than a snapshot.
I am not convinced that this is romantic. I am convinced that there is lust. Nice comp, color ok, light nice, good dof, blacks need work, whites barely in, nice texture, overall a nice attempt
