You would not believe how long this shot took to create. My only problem with it is the sharpness, I tried everthing to sort the problem but fear that it may be down to a low end camera. Time for a new one , I guess.

That's quite a chess setup you have. Good composition and a nice shot. I think it would look better without all the grain and without the right corner cut off.
Haven't I seen this chess set before? Is there light coming from underneath the board? Or, How did you get the effect arround the chess pieces?
