Thanks for the tutorial on resizing for DP Challenge! This evening I downloaded a trial of PhotoShop Elements 4.0. I followed your instructions to the letter, resized, and saved for web. I was unaware that compression happens when a file is transferred from my computer to yours. I hate to sound so ignorant, but I'm totally self-taught.
