 An overcast and foggy day in Newfoundland's capital gave rise to this beautiful yet suptle photo. Ft. Amherst, built in the 1700's was used to ward of entruders of all sorts throughout the years. During the second World War, gun placements were installed to protect the harbour from German u-boats.
