A reflector would really help to fill that harsh shadow in on her nose.

This is a good picture, but I'm just afraid that this will be voted down because of the size, you should use the 640 pixels that we are allowed to use in challenges.

Very nice. I wish you'd utilized the maximum 640 pixelation so we could see her better. The skin and lighting is very nice, but it's so small. ;~(

I like the lighting on the subjects face - the shadows created on the left side of her face. Lots of smooth softnes without losing detail.

possibly bring out the jumper or reframe around the face ?

A little small (using the maximum 640 px length might make the details more prominent). The lighting on the face is very well done. A little more lighting on the hair (from the back maybe) would help separate her hair from the background. This blending might be intentional but I find myself straining to see the separation.
