The colour, lack of focus, lack of detail in her sweater and haloing makes this image appear like a screencapture from a security camera. Strangely voyeuristic.
Nice pose. Bigger image would be better, please see the tutorial "Using Photoshop to Prepare Photos for DPC Challenges." Focus on eyes rather than shoulder would be better. Foreground clothing is blown out, try cropping and better lighting, not just on camera flash.
