I've voted this down because it in no way meets the challenge. Although your background could be said to be blue, the subject is dominated by red.

Good photo, but IMO the red color dominates over the blue. Blue is the focus of this challenge.

If I was a DNMC idiot I'd say red is the dominating color in this one. Luckily I am not. :-p Nice capture, the background is somewhat distracting though. 6.
