Using Jutildas suggestions, I straightened the buildings and converted image to black and white. Also added film grain and lightening, just to try a little creative addition. This image does have a mood about it which is lacking in the original. I do like both of them. On this one I just might add a few tumbleweeds and cactus, since this could just as easily be snow as it could desert sand.
