I like the boats, but for me there are too many horizontal lines.

I like the top 2/3 of the shot. The water/ice in the bottom of the frame does not add anything, I would compose to minimize it, or crop most of it out. I would boost up the colours of the boats just a bit.

I love the composition but I think it's screaming for some post editing. I'd love to see deep saturation of the yellow, blue and pink as well as overall heightened tonality by adjustment of curves or layers. OR black and white with high contrast.
