 A drop of water was held in a syringe needle. Background is design of hand and text "BLUE II CONTEST". The design print was made to appear upside down. A 100 mm lens was screwed with adapter to go more closer.Photographed in natural sunlight.Cropped and colours enhanced.

Immaculately done, hell of a macro lens you must posses there ! The highlight on the very right is a little distracting.

Very clever with the reflection here, though the nib(?) looks over sharpened to me. I like the reflection of light in this shot though.

Now, this is impressive. Maybe a little oversaturated if that is what is giving the needle the mottled purple appearance, but I'm nitpicking.
