I think this had a huge potential if you'd managed to get some more detail on the bird because the location and the colouring are just lovely. I have the feeling that the subject may be a little bit OOF but its too dark to tell, it might just be the feather structure.

Nice setting for the bird but the bright sunlight has caused harsh shadows which make it hard to see the bird.
