You've captured the falls and the ice very well. I think this image would be even stronger, though, if you cropped down just far enough to get rid of the fence post s and lines (roadside?) at the top. I've scrolled down to see how the image would look without those, and to my eye, it does look better. I'd have given this an 8 if the top had been cropped off.
