Great composition. I love the reflection and symetry. The water it's standing in is a perfect frame filler... nothing distracting and nothing pulling attention away from the flamingo. It has an "art" feel to it, and would make a great print.
Underrated.. I cant stand it when people mark down a shot that they know they couldnt have taken nearly as good themselves.. I see nothing wrong with this picture as it belongs the way it is! Fantastic!
Mmm .. colours are terrific. That low light and the water detail really give depth that makes this start to work. If you had enough in the frame, I'd like to have seen the subject bought onto the thirds interasection as I think it would have scored even higher, some of the impact is lost and its too good for that.
WOW! is all I've really got to say about this one. Looks like something straight from one of my National Geographic books. Amazing colours and mood you have captured. The texture on the water really adds something special to this one. 10
Really nice...the shot loses some power from the stark contrast between the water and the bird because of the halo surrounding it. Without that problem the shot would've been much better. Great idea though with the reflection in the dark water.
Really unusual composition and works really well for me. The colour seems very saturated and the image overall seems a touch soft but I like it a lot overall.
