Marc is one of my favourite photographers. His work utilises both water and a lot of colour which is very similiar to my own style, so I though it appropriate to do my tribute image to him.
This particular location is one of my favourite places and never fails to produce different patterns both in the sky and the water.
If you look closely you can see cattle grazing on the land jutting out into the water. There are also flocks of pelicans in the water near the land.
Lovely colors. I like the mix of the reds and oranges in sunset shots! There is some artifacting that is happening to the bottom right but I doubt most will see. My recommendation to make this a better shot is to locate the horizon using the rule of thirds ;)
