There seems to be a lot of strange compression here, and the entire picture suffers from an unpleasant blue tint. It's not a bad shot, but it falls quite short of "great."
Something wrong with color balance. Sharpness also is tad off.
Subject itself is good, though she's in pretty messy environment and cant really show off her colors.
I say this is nice try and good subject, background is the main problem.
