i understand the effect that was trying to be achieved with this picture. however, i think that the slanted horizon draws the viewer away from the subject and places the emphasis on the body of water and not the birds. nice attempt though!

The tilted look just doesn't do that much for this image (IMHO). I think it would have been better rotated so that the horizion was horizontal.

Beautiful shot...I love the silhouetting and the rays through the clouds. The angle of the shot really looks cool too. Very nice...highest I've scored so far.
