Taken at a local wildlife park, where the enclosure is designed to look identical to the natural environment of the species held within. As an environmental conservationist, i see this as a great way of breeding endangered species, and as a challenge, technically this is in the wild, as there is no cages, no boundaries, and an identical replica of the wild location

This is wonderful. Although he's pretty centered in the shot, the angle from which you see him is appealing. Love the shiny eyes and those whiskers are great!!!
Given the spirit of the challenge was to capture a shot of wildlife in its natural environment, I find it most difficult to believe that this was done with your entry. Needless to say my vote on this was very low given those circumstances. When a photo does not do its best in composition to depict actual challenge guidelines, my stadegy for voting immediately stops and it becomes a DNMC to me.
