Very clever work. I look forward to seeing how this was done. I like the clarity and lighting over the road but the spinning of the lights, which I think is from a person spinning something judging by the blur....is very clever and effective indeed. Well done. 9
I dont really understand what you were trying to accomplish with this effect. From what i can tell the shot of the road behind this "cicrle" would have been fine as is but these lines are detracting so much from this shot
