If your title hadn't told the viewer it was a 911 tribute, we would not have known. I like photos that tell the story, not titles. The shadows from the trees are distracting and maybe a different angle could have told the story of this place better.
perhaps a more artistic presentation of this poingnant dedication would have worked better, something close up and at a differnt angle - I'm sorry to say that as is, this looks like a tourist shot
