I like the wood planks, the color of the water, and the seascape - but it lacks a focal point. Nothing here for my eye to get led to.

The perspective is weird with the lines of the planks and the line of waves meeting at odd angle and the colour is a little bizarre too. Sorry but 4/10

Nice idea. Unfortunately, the horizon isn't quite straight and there's quite a stron colour cast in the image.
