Finding the correct timing and getting rid of that star effect is very hard.

Nice idea, composition, and lights. It's just too dark, needs more exposure as the point lights aren't enough to carry the image.

nice lights and i love the headlights coming towards us. Maybe if you eliminated the light in the bottom right, i find it rather distracting.

Can't see the street: all I see are the stars from the lights. I think the use of the filter only distracts from this shot.
