Nice capture of the light almost gone. You did well to show the coming darkness without losing the highlights on the water. The border fits the shot well.

This is an incredible photo. Sure the oil platform is silhouetted... but, I feel like the waves are the subject anyway, and those are what really draw me into this photo.

Sorry to be picky but if the oil platform is the object that is backlit, it looks like a silhouette which I didnt think was allowed

Nice image except for the flare, and it looks grossly overprocessed. I think you over did it majorly with the sharpening. Luckily you can correct that if you decide to pring the image or display it elsewhere.
