Lit from behind my crystal call, by an unshaded bedroom lap, with tissue paper draped over it.
In Photoshop I cropped, and tweaked the brightness and contrast, then resized to specifications.

I really like this idea. I would like to see a bit more room on the left side of the ball, with more darkening as is seen on the right side. I like the texture in the red background, and the lighting is very nice.
