The OOF edges don't look natural here. I would have used a higher aperture to ensure the whole thing was in focus. There's nothing to selectively focus on. That said, interesting subject, no lighting and color problems - 8.
I like this shot, especially the idea of it. It is definitley original in contrast to the other entriies.
I think I would like to see this on a black table, and the photo in black and white. I'm just picturing it and I think it would be great. I did give your shot an 8 though.
That is definately going to be one good night on the town, enjoy the concert! Your focus here is so good if you gave me a little more of the tickets I'd be able to print them out and meet you there =o) All joking aside its a really great take on the challenge.
