As of most appealing food I did for a long time, I decided to finally post my first submission here.
Its not the best i could do but im giving myself a try.
For one portion of messynoodles you will need:
-One Shiny Pack of Noodles (pick one, any one)
- Handful of Meat (above used liver, anything you can eat with sticks)
- 1 Onion (or half, I like onions)
- 1 Boiled Egg (7 minutes prefered)
- 1/3 piece of pickle
- 1 small chili pepper
- lots of spices
Fry up the meat, part of the onions you have at hand and boil the noodles.
Spice up the meat with curry and paprika, salt, pepper, minced chili pepper and whatever you got handy. Soya sauce is good also. Add some paprika and pepper into noodles also.
Now the serving, put noodles into bowl (or dish of your choice) and leave some soup (2cm or more) under it. Meat on one side, sliced pickle and onions all around nicely. Finally slice up the egg into four parts and put em in.
Be sure to make everything hastly and leave terrible mess all around, eat with dedication and clean up much later.

Composition and arrangement are fine. It is on the small size and voters typical give small images lower scores. They figure it is smaller to hide technical flaws. The dark meat might have been better contrasted with light colored chopsticks. The image is soft focused in a way that many reviewers with judge it a technical flaw.
Technically speaking, it is not in focus.
Aesthetically speaking, barf. Sorry, but the eg yolks are dried out, the brown stuff is?? i see off color onions and pickle parts - a less than thrilling combination (to me anyway). The lighting is poor in this photo.
Messy noodles? I swear I see rice. It might have been better without the frame, or at least a different coloured frame. The picture is quite out of focus to me, but you know what? You picture makes me feel like eating it already. It's lacking a bit in the composition, could be because the wooden table doesn't allow the dish to contrast very well. The lighting is alright. So overall, this was given a 5 from me.
