1 Pkg (13x9 size) brownie mix
4 Pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
3 Eggs
some melted chocolate (Optional)
Preheat Oven to 350F. Line 13x9 pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan. Spray with cooking spray. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package, pour into prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes or until top of brownie is shiny and center is almost set.
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Pour over partially baked brownie. (Filling will come almost to top).
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Lift cheesecake from pan using foil handles. Drizzle with chocolate, let stand until chocolate is firm. Cut into 16 pieces. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

I love cheescakes, especially those with chocolate. Can't wait for the recipe. This picture seems a bit out of focus. Otherwise I do like the light, crop and angle
Perspective, content and composition are all excellent. Your point of focus is perfect as well. The only down side is the overall focus of the image is not as good as it could be, the contrast is a little weak and there is a hot spot just on the upper right of the brownie. Fine image, otherwise.
This is quite a delicious looking piece of dessert. Couple of observations; I think for this to work better the entire top of the dessert should be in focus - you're a bit too shallow on DOF. Another consideration would have been to move your angle up or use a larger plate - the backside of the plate here is distracting. All that being said, I think I'll come back to have a look at the recipe after the results are in! ;^)
I can't wait to see this recipe. :) Looks delicious!
Now the photo--good composition; could be sharpened more; maybe a plain, non-patterned plate would add a better contrast especially against the darkness of the tasty chocolate drizzles :) Good luck!
