Interesting idea. It needs to be sharper in focus and lit better to cut down on the shiny highlights. The white background looks a bit pink in my monitor.
Back for comments. I'm one of your lower votes, (sorry). Would've rated it much higher if you had've used a pure white background to give the colors more impact.
Creative subject choice... Defiantly has color. The diagonal lines add energy and carry the eye, but to what? There is no visual reward for the eye at the end of the line... You just keep going out of the picture.
Very fun photo and composition here! IMHO the shot is compromised a little from the lighting. It looks like the WB is a tad on the warm side and a little harsh. Nice take on the challenge nonetheless
