Natural light, using my windscreen shield as a reflector. Thanks to my 5 yr old assistant, for holding the reflector, and giving lighting advice. We ate the salad afterwards!

Nice use of creative composition and contrasting textures in this shot. IMHO the relections make the lighting feel a tad harsh. Maybe a longer exposure under darker conditions may have helped? Just my opinion, nice shot nonetheless
