I would have liked to see the crop adjusted just a little to move the ferris wheel more into a thirds position but otherwise the shot is very nice.

I love the sparkle of the sun on the water in this shot. It might have been better to shift your camera a little to the left so the edge of the ferris wheel is not quite so close to the edge of the frame.

This shot looks oversharpened and overprovessed. There are artifacts in the sky and on the water that detract from a potentially good image.
